Financial Services Litigation Associate - Mid-Level to Senior
The candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery, and the day-to-day management of cases. Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required; Experience with securities litigation, arbitration, and/or enforcement matters is preferred. Must be a member of the New York state bar.
