Middle Tennessee Employer Relations Manager
The candidate will concentrate efforts on: collaborating with other members of the unit to fulfill the mission and strategic plan of the Center; developing, managing, and advancing strategic relationships with alumni and employers. Will be counseling and advising students, alumni, and employers. Serving as liaison between student and alumni job seekers and employers to enhance the interview experience and maximize employment outcomes; and meeting goals established for employer participation in recruitment programs. Works with the Office of Alumni Affairs and Development to coordinate alumni engagement;. Designs or contributes to the design of success measurement instruments and assists in analyzing employer feedback to evaluate and improve recruitment programs. Manages employer information and records; and travels in and around the middle Tennessee area, as well as to Knoxville, Tennessee.
