Job Responsibilities
Complete HVAC and appliance installation and repair
Analyze, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing and other service related functions
Provide excellent customer service to our residents
Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
Requirements
To be a top candidate you will:
Have at least 5 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pass of a criminal background check
