I currently have a Salesforce.com Senior Technical Manager position with a large, global Salesforce.com Partner. This position is within an expanding SFDC Practice and offers a strong compensation package as well as room for growth. This position offers the opportunity to work on large, global SFDC implementations with an industry leader.
Role Description:
My client is seeking Senior Salesforce.com Technical Managers to serve as domain experts to sales and delivery teams on the Force.com, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Driving test planning and execution
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Ability to travel 80%
5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience
6 years of Project Management
Preferred Skills:
Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience including Certifications
Technical Architect experience on implementation projects
Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
Customer relationship management (service, marketing and/or sales)
