Description

The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 provides support to provider accounts by loading contracts and responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern.


Revise Facility or Physician arrangements and interpretations; followed by loading them into CAS and MTV via APEX.
Develop and implement best practices to ensure accurate loading of Facility or Physician contracts.
Communicate with all system users and market office staff regarding, but not limited to; inquiries, change in contracts and system status reports.
Research, identify and correct contract loading errors to decrease claims payment issues.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
Previous provider installation experience
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Must reside within a 1.5 hour driving distance of the office (Waterside or DePere) to attend any in person meetings as needed or requested by the manager

Preferred Qualifications


CAS, MTV, PAAG, or APEX
Advanced degree
Previous claims experience
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
