Aon is looking for a Health Analytics Data Operations and Delivery Consultant- Commercial Analytics! As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by supporting our health solutions practice in delivering innovative and effective solutions based on Data & Analytics working out of either our Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA office with flexibility to consider remote or other Aon offices in the US. Overview This position is part of our broader Commercial Analytics team within Aon Health Solutions. Our team of experts excel at enabling data-driven strategies, measurement and recommendations through existing and newly developed multi-client solutions. The data operations and delivery consultant will support the needs of innovative and high-profile client engagements and work closely with external vendors, analytics experts, data scientists and consultants to turn raw data into integrated and timely insights, ensuring operational excellence, consistency and timeliness across multiple projects and workflows. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeSupport data integration activity across the Commercial Analytics practice: Work with Aon clients, data engineers and data scientists, account team members, and vendor partners to support clients’ investments in various client implementations, data quality assurance, analytic content creation, ad hoc requests, and user support.Actively engage in peer review; have documents reviewed and review others to ensure high quality.Assist in coordination and creation of team process documentation.Work with various vendor partners and help in data acquisition processUsing a keen eye for detail, ensure trackers and issue logs are maintained and up to date. Coordinate with vendor partners and internal partners to facilitate start to finish issue resolution.Support analytic consulting team as required by querying data and building reports and analytic content that support clients and internal team member reporting requests and requests for deeper dive review.Create analytic content visualizations leveraging our data warehouse tools. Other duties as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success Required Experience:3 plus years of experience manipulating large sets of health-related dataExperience with employer plan designs and vendor programs -- medical, pharmacy, enrollment, behavioral health, lost time, care management, population health programs, etc.Vendor management- Partnering with vendors for data acquisition processFamiliarity with data management, HIPAA, Privacy and Data SecurityExperience with analytic deliverable creation, review and financial reporting validation, quality control and reconciliationPreferred Experience:Managing a portfolio of health care data acquisition and data integration workstreamsExperience working with health care data sets including eligibility and census data, medical and drug claims, program engagement, absence, well-being, and productivity dataAbility to interact with industry vendors and manage data requests on rapid timelines Manage and maintain documentationExperience with legal contracting, confidentiality and data use agreementsExperience with deliverable review quality control and reconciliation Good Project management experience Good presentation and communication skills and ability to convey information in a clear manner Technology Experience:MS Excel and Power Point SQL Server Power BIAny other reporting tools How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
