COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for a Commercial Construction Project Manager for a very established Commercial Construction Firm searching for a Project Manager to work in Albany, NY.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree along with 10 years’ related experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Extensive knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, accounting and engineering principles/techniques.
Ability to read & interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
Understanding of BIM and LEAN methodologies
