Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Serve as a professional representative of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and Performance Solutions demonstrating, at all times, the values, appearance, intellect, and knowledge commensurate with your position.
Become an expert in patient flow, patient safety, and service line innovation.
Plan and complete high quality engagement deliverables on time and on budget.
Collect and analyze data in order to develop information that is useful to the engagement leader and client.
Present finished work in a “client-ready” manner. Prepare and deliver succinct, clear and insightful executive-level presentations.
Proactively identify client needs and assist in developing solutions.
Facilitate effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to included evaluation of ideas and synthesizing information into insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Computer skills in presentation and spreadsheet software applications.
Ability to travel 75%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering or MBA
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
Dependable: able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
Adaptable: able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.
