Position Overview:Siemens Global BusinessnServices (GBS) Opportunity to Cash (O2C) team in the US is searching for a businessnprocess analyst to initiate and manage process improvements and digitalnsolution initiatives using the latest technologies, i.e. artificialnintelligence, robotic process automation, business process management solutions.nThey will work internally within O2C, as well as externally with our Operatingnand Strategic customers to leverage these technologies and provide solutions tonmeet their business needs, keeping GBS the partner of choice. Successful candidatenenjoys learning and redesigning to increase optimization by dropping non-valuenadd steps and/or applying broad array of digital solutions. Motivated tonproactively engage the customer while maintaining a healthy channel ofncommunication and effectively coordinates deadlines, requirements and savings. Contributesnto creative thinking and supporting the team, believes in people and in change.nHas a strong passion to move forward in our road-map of new technologies, suchnas cognitive learning, and new opportunity to invoice services. Position can benbased in Alpharetta, GA or Orlando, FL.  Area of Responsibility:Optimization ofnprocesses with automation, digital solutions or redesign within the portfolionservices provided of Purchase to Pay.Main interface fornprocesses between GBS O2C to location.Drives innovationnand evaluates new tools/application in alignment with the Global O2C strategyn(RPA Robotics Process Automation, Data Analytics, AI Artificial Intelligence,netc.)Defines and alignsnlocal O2C portfolio & service strategy with Global Service lines. Supports innimplementation of Local O2C portfolio / service roadmap.Achieve highnAutomation Rate, Service Availability, Service Quality and Cost Optimizationnfor all services.Ensurenimplementation of operational standards in alignment with GPO.Focus on managingnand supporting the cash collection and credit tools.Focus on ordernmanagement activities, services and tools.Provide productionnsupport for the tools after go live.Main Activities:Translates CustomernDemand into Operations, and display Operations Capability to CRM (customernrelationship management)Consultant forncustomer to drive digitalization and process optimization in their businessIdentifynrequirements needed for process re-engineering and work with the customer tonimplement changes, whether digital or operation drivenProvides Business AdministrationnSupport e.g. Budget, Costing & Pricing, ChargingMonitors SavingsnContributionDefines the benefitnmodel of a potential project and ensures the value of the project outweighs thencost of requirements Identifiesnpotential projects with customers through relationship management or customernsatisfaction indicators and manages the pipeline of projectsPerforms testing onnthe developed solutions and helps to organize testing with the key usersProvides trainingnand documentation to support the roll out of solutions to end usersTravel will benrequired.  Estimate up to 40% to supportnprojects when needed.Education:           ·       nBS/BA in relatedndiscipline required, advanced degree a plus.Required Skills andnCapabilities:7 plus years of experiencenin process design and digital solution implementations, using data analytics fornprocess improvement.Familiar with accountnreceivable cycle and billing quality. Strong experiencenwith SAP is required.  Tableau, a plus.  Capability toneffectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.Advanced knowledgenin Robotics using the Blue Prism software. Familiar with AIntopics (e.g. Machine Learning, Chatbots, etc.)Experienced innprocess mining and process consulting. Experience withnMicrosoft Access or SQL or Tableau preferred, advanced excel knowledge requirednfor dashboarding.Able toncommunicate, support and motivate others to meet deadlines.
