ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR WW ONCOLOGY COMMERCIALIZATION RELATLIMAB will be responsible for enhancing the partnership between Commercial and R&D in support of development and commercialization strategies from a value perspective for RELATLIMAB. This position will report to the Executive Director, WW Oncology, Relatlimab.


Support commercial launch planning including: Go-to-market (GTM) strategies, messaging and supporting evidence for assigned new indications

Shape the product: support LCM planning across multiple potential indications with cross functional commercial, medical and R&D teams

Collaborate closely with a cross-functional, cross tumor and cross geographic team to develop product strategy for successful commercialization

Build and maintain excellent stakeholder networks and relationships internally and externally to develop key insights and advance our business. Place customers at the center in addressing needs and finding business solutions.

Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and insights.

Ensure business objectives and practices are fully compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics.
