The Revenue Operations (ROPS) System Optimization Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and facilitating opportunities to optimize the utilization of existing systems and corresponding processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deep understanding and experience with enterprise revenue cycle tools
Assist with optimizing systems and related processes based upon a variety of success metrics - seek opportunities to improve overall systems performance
Partner with IT product teams on tools, reporting standardization and system improvement
Assist in developing requirements for and the monitoring of regularly scheduled systems reporting
Track, analyze, and update recurring reports - help maintain a database of system performance and provide senior leadership and stakeholders with regular reporting
Organize and analyze information for increased awareness, focus, methodology improvements and best practice modifications, identify opportunities for expense reduction and reinvestment
Analyze, disseminate and present existing metrics and projected trends to senior management and stakeholders - provide metrics and key insights to support system updates and future enhancements
Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data in an organized and clear manner
Work closely with internal team, IT Product and business stakeholders to maintain ongoing understanding of systems, processes and integrations
Comfort level with the technologies involved with data collection and processing
Comfort level with the technologies involved with data querying and optimization
A willingness and capability to gain understanding and experience with enterprise analytics tools
Be a champion of continuous improvement through iterative change management
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
You have 2-4 year of experience in a business analytical role
Bachelor degree in related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in analyzing data, processes, initiatives and systems
You possess an affinity for data, and resourcefulness in obtaining data when clean and or complete information is not readily available
Ability to effectively interact with ROPS, IT & Field Leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
Ability to present business cases to senior leadership
MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint experience required
Passionate about solving complex business problems
Positive, people-oriented and enthusiastic
