DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will support ExM Quality to execute on ExM Quality Strategy by driving continuous improvement efforts, and building, fostering network interconnectivity. Specifically: 1) Fostering a solid network connectivity with Internal Manufacturing Quality, AS&T, RCEE, GQ, QPLs, ExM Operations. 2) Work closely with ExM Quality departments to ensure the complete voice of organization is represented at GQ and ExM fora. 3) Create a center of excellence mindset and to leverage global capabilities. 4) Facilitate, or lead cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams for continuous improvement initiatives. 5) Own the IT, digital, and analytics strategy and tools for ExM Quality. 6) Support the Sr. Director of Quality Systems and Network in any activity associated to Financial Controls.
Requirements
7 Years of Experience
BS in a science or engineering discipline, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
Direct experience in Quality labs or operations.
Fundamental understanding of drug product development, commercialization, and manufacturing, testing, and control strategy.
Solid understanding of Biologics and non-sterile manufacturing operations. Fully understand control strategy and regulations that underpin them.
Understanding of cGMP requirements, Quality Systems, and Quality Risk Management approaches (ICH, CFR, PIC/S, EU, etc.) and ability to apply these principles.
Effective at cross-functional engagement with both internal and external partners (e.g. manufacturing operations) to drive Quality improvement initiatives.
Expert in developing presentations to facilitate meaningful discussions, with clearly communicated analysis, findings, and impact.
Must be able to effectively communicate in an impactful manner to management, the department, and the broader organization.
Mentor and coach to team members within and outside of ExM Quality.
Create a culture that values strong inter-connectivity across organizations.
Must be skilled in strategic thinking, managing through systems, innovation management, and negotiation
