with demonstrated experience in supporting DoD MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis.

A week in the life of a Senior Engineer/Analyst (Naval Warfare)
Provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support of Naval Warfare Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP).
Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and developmental test plans.
Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews.
Provide working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) Test and Evaluation and engineering support.
Support Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRA).
Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
Assess and provide recommendations on DT&E policy.

Job Requirements
12 Years of Experience
Master’s degree in science or engineering field
Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility)
10 years of experience supporting MDAP/ACAT I-D programs and the DoD acquisition process and planning
10 years of experience overseeing engineering activities (e.g. requirements, design, integration, and test)
8 years of experience supporting DoD Naval warfare MDAPs, developmental test and evaluation, and systems engineering and analysis.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities.
Experience supporting OSD and/or Service Branch HQ organizations.
Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDAF
10 years active duty military experience preferred
Preferred Certifications: DAWIA Level 3 (PM, T&E, SE), CSEP (Certified System Engineering Professional), CTEP (Certified Test & Evaluation Professional)
