The candidate will perform duties include : Represent clients in court and handle their own docket of cases from start to trial; Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions on behalf of clients and discovery; Advise clients on litigation, family law, wills, estates, trusts; Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, mediation; Preparation for trial and briefing; Strong analytical skills, good people skills and strong self-esteem. Multi-disciplined medium size litigation practice, focusing on the rights of individuals and medium size businesses. Should have experience in Texas family law and estate planning. Must have a minimum of (2) years full time experience for the Junior position and five (5) to ten (10) for the Senior. Should have worked for other private firms and/or maintained their own practice.
