Full Time Caregiver

We need a full-time Field Care Coordinator that will visit patient's homes and also be a part of training new staff.
Location: Wentzville/St. Peters/Ofallon/ St Charles
Shifts: M-F 6am-7pm (Must have open availability between these hours, but wont that full shift) and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, prepare meals, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
