Job Background:
We are looking for front-end and back-end engineers to join our Atlanta-based software engineering and product team. Our engineering and product team is made up of startup vets and hackers who love pushing our own boundaries and learning new things every day. You'll also work with pioneering thought leaders (i.e. former Google execs and co-creators of the YouTube Partner Program.)

What you'll do
You'll be working on products that include deep data, analytics and automation tools that help brands and agencies run more effective digital video campaigns. You'll form and test hypotheses by rapidly prototyping and launching new products, you'll finely-tune features in an iterative work environment and you'll constantly build, test, ship and learn. At this time, we are not seeking architects or designers; whoever we bring on will be expected to produce good code daily.

Who we're looking for

• 5 years Back-end or Front-end web development experience

• Has programming experience with JavaScript (non-presentational), Java, PHP, Ruby, or Python

• MVC; this may be frameworks like Rails, Sinatra, Spring, Django, CakePHP, Code Igniter, etc.

• SQL databases, e.g. MySQL or Postgresql.

• Has an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Application development experience in JavaScript

These are strong indicators for the front end:
* Has experience building jQuery or JavaScript plugins.
* Has experience using SVG-based libraries (d3.js, raphael.js, Highcharts, etc).
* Understands how to use things like jQuery and Coffeescript, but doesn't need to use them.
