Recently purchased home. 2 Bedrooms, 3 baths and something I dont need - a wet bar. There is a wall between the office and wet bar. I want to take down wall and create 2 closets.
NOTE: MUST BE IN US. PREFERABLY IN SC, NC or GA.
The home is located at 62 Falmouth Way in Sun City Hilton Head, Bluffton, SC 29909.
The project consists of 2 and possibly 3 projects.
First, eliminat.e wet bar while maintaining angles of entrance by demoing wall separating between wet bar and office.
Second, create a closet with access from the office so that office now qualifies as a bedroom since it now has a closet.
Third, create a hall closet since there is no place to hang any outerwear i.e., jackets, raincoats, and overcoats for travel North.
For discussion, there are hot and cold water supplies lines and sink drainage. Need to determine if it is possible to use these lines to provide a sink, shower, and toilet in the space.
