Duties: Play the vital role of being the main line of communication with our clients. Provide clients with first-rate-service. Interact with clients a lot. Greet each prospect and client with a warm, down-to-earth smile, helping them feel at ease. Communicate with clients via email and telephone on a daily basis. May sit second chair with the attorney and take notes, or could run the meeting on own to handle a legal closing. Responsible for running annual review meetings for all office’s clients. At these reviews will help update existing legal plans and find additional legal opportunities. Help excel in this position as do help with task management, appointment scheduling, and event workshop support. Manage and execute legal estate plans.
