The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. (Preference will be given to applicants barred in Texas). Should have 2 years removal defense experience. Must have excellent research and writing skill. Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, BIA. Draft legal briefs, memorandums, motions and affidavits.
