The candidate will respond to the Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and Preferred qualification. Must be a member of the Missouri Bar Association (a copy of bar card must be attached to the online application.). Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning with at least 18 graduate level credit hours in field of instruction are required. Two years of teaching experience using interactive teaching techniques are required. Experience using assessment techniques to promote teaching and learning excellence are required. Demonstrated experience with current pedagogical and instructional methods are required. Demonstrated experience with utilizing a variety of classroom technologies, both inside and outside the classroom are required. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all constituencies of a diverse community are required. Demonstrated interest in and passion for teaching community college students are required. Ability to work well with others are required. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to use information technology for professional productivity (such as Microsoft Office Suite) are required.
