Assistant/Associate Professor Accounting, School of Business Administration

The candidate will be expected to teach at both undergraduate and master’s levels, maintain an active research agenda, and engage in professional and service activities. Should have completed a Ph.D. in Accounting or Business (with accounting major/emphasis) from a school accredited by AACSB International prior to the starting date of employment. ABD will be considered if degree will be completed by August 2017. All areas of accounting will be considered however those proficient in accounting information systems, tax, or financial accounting are preferred. A Ph.D. in IS or an LLM if they have a CPA designation and significant accounting industry experience is considered. Postdoctoral candidates should have recent peer-reviewed journal publications in their fields of expertise and active, ongoing research. CPA or relevant professional certification is preferred. Salary is dependent on qualifications and is competitive with universities in the region.
