We are the largest elder law firm in the state of Ohio. We focus solely on asset protection, estate planning, and elder care law. Our clients pay one fee upfront and they receive unlimited calls, emails, and meetings for their lifetime. We also have them come in for an annual review, ensuring that their plans stay up-to-date. Our success is a direct result of the caliber of employees we recruit AND our unique business model. We value each of our employees and their input. We are supportive, not only to our clients but to each other. We work together to make things happen. We foster a work culture where employees are generous with their time and knowledge and are willing to coach and mentor each other. And, as a law firm, we provide monthly trainings for all employees! Our motto is: You go. We go. Together.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS OUR REGIONAL CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR
As a Regional Client Administrator, you are the quarterback for our regional team who helps keep everything on track and running smoothly! You are the first point-of-contact controlling all incoming and outgoing client communication both on the phones and when families enter our office space. Your excellent organizational skills keep you and your teammates “on the ball.” You are also on the front line when it comes to interacting with clients and internal team members, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that their needs are met.
You always greet prospects and clients with a welcoming smile. Whether answering phones, scheduling client meetings, or prepping the attorneys for meetings, your warm demeanor comes through in all your interactions. You put your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to good use as you manage all of your region’s attorney and staff calendars, take and relay messages, and coordinate all regional mail and deposits. And, you never forget to feed the fish!
