Comfort Keepers is looking for homemakers to join our team. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and other adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. As a homemaker, you will have the opportunity to deliver one-on-one assistance that enhances quality of life and brings hope and joy to clients and their families.
Caregiver Job Benefits:
$14.00 per hour to start, after 90 days of employment, a pay increase based on a performance review

Homemaker Responsibilities:
Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including meal preparation, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping.
Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.
Comfort Keepers is strongly considering candidates with previous experience as a homemaker, caretaker, housekeeper, etc.

Caregiver Requirements:
Companionship and/or Homemaking experience preferred, but not required
A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within western El Paso county (i.e. Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, etc.)
Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration, and valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
Must pass drug testing
Must have the physical stamina to perform all duties associated with the Homemaker position, which includes, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking up and down stairs and bending from a standing position.
