Closing Coordinator Job

Profile

The Closing Coordinator will track the pre-closing process and communicate the needs and status of the file directly with all parties to the transaction (listing and selling agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, buyers and sellers as well as internal team members). Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
2 years minimum experience
Manage the file from the initial order to the closing table ensuring the responsibilities of others assigned to the file have been completed in a timely manner.
Schedule closings and updates utilized SoftPro.
Produce daily reports for orders, progress tracking, etc.
Responsible for collecting information and handling communication with listing agents, selling agents, lenders, buyers and sellers.
High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
Have a complete understanding of the processing/closing process.
