Responsibilities: Manage the negotiation of agreements/contracts related sponsored research such as non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, data use agreements, subcontracts, and funding agreements/amendments from Federal and industrial sponsors. Providing guidance to faculty and staff regarding contract issues. Assisting in monitoring contract procedures and methods, and participating in the development of contracting guidelines. Maintaining a broad knowledge of Federal, State and University regulations, and applying this knowledge (particularly in the areas of Intellectual Property and Contract Law).
