Starting Pay up to $28.58* per hour

*Varies depending on experience

Shift Differential of $1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Bonus

Qualified applicants can receive a $3,500 bonus!

$1,500 at 30-day anniversary!

$1,000 at 6-month anniversary!

$1,000 at one year anniversary!

Work Shift: Monday - Friday

1st Shift (weekends and overtime as needed)

2nd Shift (weekends and overtime as needed)

3rd Shift (weekends and overtime as needed)

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting and calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; any additional assignments requested. All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industryrequired or other QA type experience.Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; abilityto lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problemidentification and problem solving skills; math and organizationalskills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; mustfunction well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and whenneeded.
