areas of engineering services: Environment Build, Test Data Management and
Batch Cycles. You will manage a team of on and off-shore engineers to meet the release deliverables in an agile fashion. This role requires coordination with the release test management teams to implement
code delivery into lower environments and to orchestrate releases to PROD schedules.  In addition, you will be responsible for providing strategic consultation to Application Development teams in defining or designing data capture, masking, and refreshing databases to support ongoing releases. Recommending & demonstrating test data management strategies and code quality best practices and techniques. This role is interactive in nature, requiring communication with vendors, working with project managers, developers, testers, sys-admins, and infrastructure resources is expected. This role requires a
wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure
architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all
systems
Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to
achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative
culture 
Advanced proficieny with DevOps automation and
shell scripting
Prior experience managing a team of engineers is
required
Exposure to AWS, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, WebSphere, Unix
and AbInitio
Experience with managing Environment Build and Batch
cycles
Strong experience in dealing with test data management projects,
understanding of the testing approach and technologies
Excellent understanding of data obfuscation rules using
the Data Manager tool and implementing the solution in different
applications
Experience in creating synthetic data
Broad understanding in implementing Mainframe jobs
using ZEKE Scheduler and monitoring the Mainframe Jobs
Experience with some of the following is preferred:IMS, DB2, VSAM, REXX, ZEKE/ZEBB, MQ, COBOL,B2 File-Aid, CAV, Easytrieve, Abend-Aid, ChangeManKnowledge of application build, deploy, and release pipelinesOur Consumer &
