I am an experienced weight loss physician with a small, successful, 1:1, part time practice that has been virtual since March. By design, I only meet with about 10 - 12 clients each week, due to my child care responsibilities. I would like to expand my offerings to include group coaching/appointments so I can reach more people without working a lot of additional hours.
I plan to create a free webinar that can be accessed from my WordPress website. The webinar is intended to be a marketing tool from which people may be willing to purchase a paid group coaching program and/or additional paid webinars. I have never created a webinar or posted anything like that on my website before, so I need guidance.
I am creating my own content, but need help with the technology and the marketing piece of it. There may need to be some revamping of my website and social media presence, but I dont want to overspend on something I do very part time.
I am thinking of Facebook, NextDoor, Spotify, or other sites for paid ads. I need help creating an ad and doing online marketing. My goal is to start very small, maybe 5 people in my first group, 10 in my second, just to get used to working with clients using a new group based model. Once I prove the new system makes sense for my practice, then I would spend more on ads to create a wider audience. Perhaps that would be for a course or a webinar series.
I need to develop an email mailing list from people who visit my website. I dont currently capture emails, nor do I have a mailing list.
I would like someone to teach me, as well as DOING the work listed here, as this is being created. I want to do some of it myself in the future rather than being 100% dependent on a marketing person working with me every time I create new content. That said, if I hire the right marketing person, Im open to working together over the rest of my career to expand my virtual/online offerings.

I hope for this to be affordable. Again, Im only seeing 10 - 12 clients per week. That doesnt leave much marketing budget, but I am willing to invest up front in the right person to get me started.

I am okay with you telling me that you dont know some aspect of it, but are willing to find out. Not knowing is okay, but saying you know how to do something when you dont is a deal breaker for me.
