Growth Acceleration Leader, Digital Assets (Cryptocurrency, ETF's, Blockchain)The Growth Acceleration Leader, Digital Assets, is part of Aon’s Innovation Team (Aon Growth Ventures) and reports directly to the Chief Innovation Officer. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the revenue and product growth strategy for Aon’s Innovation function. This individual will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team to formulate initial Digital Asset (i.e. blockchain, crypto, NFTs) solutions and go to market strategy; define key clients; leverage strategic partners; assemble cross-functional engagement teams; and drive business and technical relationships internally and externally to build significant new opportunity pipelines with a growing focus on digital technology/capability. In this role, you will engage directly with C-level executives and influence at all levels of the organization to further establish Aon as the leader in innovating digital asset solutions. You will partner with key team members to help evolve existing Aon offerings for rapid market adoption, develop and validate new digital asset solutions, clarify focus areas/portfolio of offerings, educate and engage leaders to inspire change and pilot operating model and capability building. Successful candidates will possess an industry background that enables engagement with key Stakeholders and clients, as well as the technical depth to collaborate with our technology and content teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to think strategically and long-term about the needs of our global business, as well as the complexities of legacy IT and product solutions.
