Hello, I run a marketing agency looking to build out a web redesign for a real estate development company that is a client of ours. We are bidding this project with 2 other designers that also interested us, but we like your work. Can you help me understand a ballpark of what this would cost? I understand many factors play a role here, but it would be great to see a few generic bundles and how much each would cost.

A few priorities I’m looking for:
Transfer of current URL to squarespace and hosting by squarespace
Creation of this new modern site
Copywriting (descriptions, bios etc)
SEO
Ongoing web maintenance
Content integration (we will supply photo and video content)
Please also let us know how long this project would take. We need to complete the web build by late May
