Unit Deployment Specialist- GS 11
The candidate will provide direct input for planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating unit deployment program. Will evaluate manpower, resource and capability issues impacting mobility readiness, and squadron-level deployment activities. Advise commander on the impact of deployment requirements, prepares statistics, shortfall letters, and inform the commander of the effects of local capabilities. Compile, analyze, interprets and maintain data to monitor and track unit status during deployment and exercises. Responsible for the overall training management for assigned military and civilian personnel.
