POSITION SUMMARY:

This critical role will report to the SVP Supply, NA and be responsible for leading large-scale transformational efforts across multiple brands and businesses.  This role will connect all strategies for NA, including but not limited to - Raw Materials, Strategic Sourcing and Planning and the overarching Strategic initiatives and plans for NA Supply.  The VP Strategy is responsible for multi-year strategy formulation and executive and must have a proven track record of process creation and leveraging collective knowledge and skills to unlock value for each brand/business, PVH Supply and the end consumer.  Must be able to work with all levels, across complex brands/businesses and across regions with the ability to communicate effectively with senior level leaders globally.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Drive and lead multiple high visibility projects for NA Supply Strategy across BUs by establishing a clear vision, directing resources, influencing diverse stakeholders and communicating progress and roadblocks
• Connect dots across multiple strategies and time horizons, maintain a holistic understanding of the business across all functions & geographies
• Measure progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI
• Strategic storytelling- effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires action
• Maintain and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impact
• Assess projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including ROI analysis, resourcing needs, and future impact to the business
• Identify white space ideas and opportunities by conducting research and attending external forums- create proposals and action plans for implementation
• Collaborate with external L1 & L2 (supply chain partners) to drive key strategies
• Communicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence action

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

           Experience:      

• 15 years + experience in either supply chain or consulting preferable
• Experience working directly with senior level executives
• Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
