JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the DON/ADON,
the house supervisor performs clinical and administrative responsibilities for the facility during his/her assigned shift. Works as House Supervisor every other
weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Duties require knowledge of nursing equivalent to completion of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing,
plus advanced courses and five to seven years of related experience, or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Previous experience as a supervisor required. Must be willing to work as a
Charge Nurse on all nursing units as determined by the Director of Nursing or their designee, based on
identified needs of the Department. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New
Hampshire. Must have leadership, organizational, planning and supervisory skills.
