Senior Corporate Counsel, Offer Enablement Legal Team
Duties: Be responsible for supporting premier SW buying program: the Enterprise Agreement program. Work creatively and collaboratively across many teams as new offers are added to the EA Program portfolio and as the EA Program grows and changes. Collaborate regularly with SW Sales team, the Offer Monetization Office (OMO) and our Operations teams to support this program. Work regularly with Legal’s global multidisciplinary team of professionals and with OMO/SW Sales to create materials that educate customers and partners about the legal framework supporting this program and SW/saas product portfolio generally. Partner with internal business teams to improve our SW/saas policies and processes. Provide excellent legal support to accelerate sales of our SW through the Enterprise Agreement. Lead initiatives aimed at simplifying and standardizing SW sales to allow to meet its buying program targets. Have a sharp business focus, are proactive, decisive, and highly collaborative. Identify and implement strategies and processes to improve the EA Program. Manage the EA Program templates and fallback/negotiated buying program terms. Manage inputs into the EA Business Desk. Drive processes and materials to help Legal scale for growth and reduce contract cycle time. Partner with other Legal team members and other business functions to drive business objectives. Build strong internal and external relationships while balancing the needs in engineering and sales priorities. Provide continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates, and legal and operational processes. Effectively advise, educate and train on and assist in the enforcement of offer policies processes. Work in a sprint process on special projects that deliver results.
