Complex Securities Valuation Senior Consultant
The Complex Securities Valuation team, part of Deloitte Advisory, provides services relating to the full life cycle of Valuation, including policy and process assessments, and quantitative solutions to support the valuation of all types of financial instruments including complex derivatives, securities, commodities and other investment products. Valuation service offering also provides advisory services to financial institutions, governmental agencies and finance companies.
Work you will do
Support Deloitte project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to business Assist in the valuation of intangible assets for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes as a result of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or financial restructuring
Create/assist in creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and writing reports
Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers
Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products
May need to work on other Deloitte Advisory engagements

Specific areas of focus include business and intangible asset valuation. We perform valuation services for derivatives, structured products, energy products and also exchange traded securities.
