Part-time Virtual Legal Secretary
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience working as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary in a law firm and is comfortable remotely managing the administrative needs of a law office. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Should have proficiency in using a practice management system, preferably Clio or My Case. Must be expert with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Must have ability to format and edit legal briefs, including creating Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, and formatting briefs to comply with local rules. Must be proficient with Google suite of programs. Should be proficient with formatting documents in Adobe. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
