CNA/CAREGIVER Needed: 12 Hr. Shift Palatine /Lincoln Park

We are seeking a bright, active caregiver/CNA, to work directly under a Nurse in providing support for a female client with Parkinson's living in Palatine, IL/Lincoln Park. Shift: 9AM – 9PM - Monday through Sunday and will involve transferring, bed prep, etc. (personal care).
This is an important role providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Client and their family's lives. Broad Street will provide training through our Comprehensive Parkinson’s Program

What we are looking for:
· Direct Experience as a Caregiver/CAN with Hoyer Lift and Gait Belts
· Highly Professional in both Appearance and Work Ethic
· Understand and has experience with Parkinson’s Clients
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Excellent References, Personal and Professional
· Ability to work 4 to 6 weeks straight with interruption
Performance based Pay (ability to increase based on performance and contribution)
