We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator
for one of our clients in Bloomington, IL

Contact Center Infrastructure Support
This resource will be tasked to support the Solution Architecture Team as that team works to drive out the solution architecture designs, templates, artifacts, and associated processes/procedures as part of deploying UC technologies and services across the enterprise. The following is the roles’ expectations and required skills:
- Good understanding of networking basics, voice over IP, and Cisco UC and Contact Center infrastructure products/technologies.
- Basic Cisco networking and/or voice certification (e.g., CCNA/CCDA)
- Strong technical, functional, and process writing skills.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with large number of customers/stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to identify and assist in resolving process and/or template issues.
