What's the role -

This is an exciting to build and own e-Mobility digital space. You will work with internal and external partners to develop a series of technical products that will strengthen e-Mobility customer value propositions (CVP).

The Americas eMobility team is responsible for delivering a world class CVP in eMobility, that drives demand to help Shell achieve its ambition of being the leading player in on-the-go EV charging and thrive in the Energy transition. The team plays a central role in business case development for our investments, leveraging the Shell Recharge brand and drawing on customer insights to help predict and then drive underlying utilization. We are at the cutting edge of all innovations and this is the time for you to make a difference!

This role will work across various teams collecting and understanding digital requirements based on collected customer insights.

Reporting to the Head of e-Mobility Americas, you will:


Work closely with the strategy lead, IT, Global eMobility team & sales team to develop the most suitable and cutting edge technology solutions for eMobility business
Manage and prioritize customer and busi requests
Oversee product development stages
Act as the primary liaison between Americas team, global team, 3rd parties and IT
Closely collaborate with eMobility brand manager, Mobility loyalty team and payments team ensuring E2E alignment across various digital products


Skills and Requirements

What We Need from You -


Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At lest 5 years of digital product owner experience either within the EV industry, retailing or digital product development.
Broad and deep knowledge of eMobility digital products
Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities
Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
A robust understanding of full-cycle software development
Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership
Outstanding project management skills with proven track record to delivery Understanding of Agile workflow


Other skills that will be essential for you to be successful in this role are:


Outstanding stakeholder management skills: comfortable managing both external relationships & large range of internal stakeholders
A customer centric mindset, ensuring that our network serves the needs of all (B2C & B2B) customers.
