Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Support achievement of Romania business targets/T&R though execution of compelling marketing plan and activities. Working in close cooperation with the Sales Manager.
Responsible for management of customer experience through implementation and on-going delivery of Customer Value Proposition (CVP) through collaboration with relevant stakeholders. This includes set-up of new CVPs (e.g. Third-party related CVPs), changes to existing CVPs (incl Pricing CVPs) as well as after sales issue resolution being the key contact point for parties involved in Customer touch points (as Credit, CSC, Card Services, Retail S&O).
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for delivery and monetization of all CVPs (including Road Services, Third Party Networks and Cards)
Coordinate multichannel lead generation campaigns in order to maximize Customer Experience and grow business volume & profitability. Manage all channels of customer communication with special focus on Digital. Share best practices within local team and wider marketing community.
Responsible for effective implementation of SEO, paid search and affiliations to differentiate Shell offer from competitors.
Partner with and lead internal/external creative teams to collectively solve business problems through creative solutions.
Coordinate & Implement Changes to existing and new CVPs and coordinating change processes. This includes scoping, understanding the change, training, local requirements & system readiness, operational set-up with vendors (e.g. road services, car wash, mobility etc.)
Acts as an integrated unit with Sales and Marketing teams in the identification of
opportunities to up-sell Mobility and Road Services (incl. VAT Recovery) to customers
Manage 3rd party contracts (Telematics vendor, Driver training agency, Insurance and breakdown service vendor, TPN/TPM, tolls) - set-up, execution and support, contract performance, termination, payment. Manage planning and co-ordination with 3rd party to ensure smooth execution
Develop internal/external communications related to business opportunities
Requirements:
University degree (Marketing/Management/Economics)
B2B Marketing experience and Digital Marketing experience is advantageous
Good understanding of processes and related procedures within Finance, OTC, Legal.
Performance Orientated attitude - not compromising on standards, ethics & compliance. Self-managed
Strong commercial acumen, good communication skills
Excellent team-working capability, team player building relations based on trust & honesty
High standard of English to enable proficient communication with any other team and stakeholder
Project Management experience and stakeholder management required
