Director of Health Care Compliance and Risk Management
The candidate will manage compliance-related activities and serve as the medical privacy officer. Will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance and that of its supporting processes and other healthcare compliance programs. Will provide compliance oversight, guidance, and direction to Medical; serve as a resource to management and staff on compliance laws/regulations; ensure that associated policies, procedures, and guidelines are maintained and published and that staff acknowledgments are secured; and coordinate with relevant stakeholders across on compliance and risk management topics.
