Profile

We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst with experience in SharePoint and Microsoft .NET development environments. Qualified candidates must have proven ability to design and develop corporate software solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to meet with business owners to devise solutions as well as implement the design. The candidate should also be able to share ideas and work well within small teams to accomplish identified goals under aggressive timeframes.
Primary Duties:
· Work with internal Application development team to develop custom software applications using Microsoft tools.
· Work with business analysts and business owners to design and develop the solution described in requirement documents.
Development Skills:
· SharePoint 2007 & 2010 Development and Administration
· SharePoint Designer
· ASP.NET
· Visual Basic.NET
· Web services design and development, including WCF
· Microsoft Reporting Services
· Experience in the design of database, stored procedures, and triggers using Microsoft SQL server
· Source Code Management, such as Team Foundation Server or similar products
Additional Skills and Requirements:
· BA/BS degree, or equivalent relevant experience in application development
· Minimum 5 years experience as a business or data/programmer analyst required.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment required.
· Minimum 5 years experience in industry standard tools and languages (i.e. T-SQL, Business Objects, .NET) required.
· Understanding of proper coding techniques and test requirements.
· Proficient in debugging techniques and technical problem analysis.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
· Good knowledge of project management technique.
· Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.
· May write codes or oversee its production using current languages including, but not limited to: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
· Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in application development in new computing architectures and environments (e.g., client/server, Web).
· Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
· Has good understanding of the business or function for which application is designed.
