I own a beautiful 150 years old colonial house. I post here a zip file with the Sketchup file where you will have the house exact as it is.
This file was made by my local architect with the right sizes of the house and a very basic decoration I dont like. It looks more like a restaurant. What I want is you to DESIGN AND DECORATE the interior for cozy beautiful Bar-Cafe. Feel free to modify ANYTHING except the columns.
Here is the Sketchup file:

Before I chose any freelancer I would like to ask you make some changes to the bar section and send me some pre-view of your concept (rendered maybe) to see if I like your concept. If so, I chose you!
Thank you
