About the Team & Role:

The DevX Design & Development team develops products and services to other development teams to enable quicker, secure, standardized and operationally ready solutions. We practically create the easy button for developers to provision, secure, repair and repave their applications. Our services and products are consumed company wide. We are a highly motivated, creative, and team with multifaceted strengths that nurtures talent to get the highest results. We are a team that works together to enhance each other's talents to its best.

The leader filling this role begins with the desire to aspire to lead, actively seeks to develop and align an employee's sense of purpose with the company mission. The person is also responsible for handling a software development team developing multiple products and services. This is a hands-on role in handling and advising the teams goals and initiatives. You will be working with the most creative developers in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to roll out the self-service application frameworks, security remediation and scanning, database and infrastructure services to name a few.

What You Will Do:


Create and maintain a system of metrics and reporting standards to measure and report the real-time results of workflow and practical application of technical standards.

Analyzes results of metrics and reports to resolve effective work processes and standards and identify flaws. Develops and enacts solutions to work process and standards flaws.

Maintains knowledge of industry standards and new technologies and procedures.

Advises the daily and overall performance of department projects. Delegate responsibilities when vital. Ensures projects are completed on time and in alignment to the given budget and in accordance with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. standards.

Handles direct and dotted-line reports.

Mentors and guides staff, ensuring access to ongoing training programs, policies, operational procedures and guiding them in building their technical and communications skills.

Makes business-impacting decisions from the beginning.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:


Strong software development engineering background

Previous management or team lead experience

Natural curiosity and passion for data and data insights
