Recent topography map and draft architectural plan attached.
I need the plan and topo reviewed, plot plan developed reflecting the lot grades, optimal flow rates identified, and all structures placed according to optimum use of the lot. Using the architectural Plan as basis. Also review of the architectural plan for possible changes.
Plan must be stamped by a licensed engineer in order to be submitted for permit in Arizona.
