2 On-Call Immediate Hire Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
On-Call Weekend will be required to be available within 24 hours that they are on-call. Needs to be reliable and able to go into shifts with noticeably short notice.
Will require to travel. (North Port FL, Port Charlotte FL, Punta Gorda FL, Englewood FL)
Must be local and available within 1 hour of coverage area.
Cannot be previously scheduled with a client during ‘designated” on-call period.
Cannot call out during a designated on-call Period.
Cannot have ‘Unexcused’ absences on file.
Must be able to pass level 2 background check.
Must have or willing to obtain TB.
Job Requirements
Job Detailed: Competitive Pay & Incentive
Record home care task and duties, personal living activities must be documented.
Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.
Work with transportation professionals to make sure that clients who require additional assistance getting in and out of vehicles can safely use transportation.
Deliver daily reports to the management and review any important changes in the client's condition.
