The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This technology leaderwill help establishing and implementing standards across Java and .NET framework, and also assist with maintenance of Developer Engineering tools.

Required Qualifications


5 or more years of technical experience
Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Experience with software development
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with analyzing large quantities of data to derive decisions


Preferred Qualifications


Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
Experience with working in Agile or SAFe methodology or both
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Must be well-versed in modern software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies at enterprise scale
4 years' experience working with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
4 years' experience working with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation pipelines
4 years' with version control systems including branching, pulling, tagging using Git
4 years' SQL querying
4 years' of hands on Java Development background
4 years' of experience on tools like IntelliJ, Eclipse, SQL Server, Power BI, Open Source tools, Visual Studio
Experience with Java Framework and Standards
Familiarity with .NET Framework and Standards


Work-At-Home Requirements


WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
