Assistant Director of Career Services
The candidate will assist the Director of Professional Development with all aspects of the office's administration, programming, and counselor training particularly in the areas of program development, customer service, and resource development. Will oversee delivery of counseling services to our various constituencies, and he/she will oversee the department in the absence of the Director. Will primarily focus on counseling alumni and conducting employer outreach in order to improve post graduate employment outcomes. Will oversee all educational programs in the department; Perform employer outreach in an assigned area. Will supervise the ERSS process specific to FCSL; Oversee the content of the Career Handbook and other educational resources; Oversee the student engagement and professional development curriculum to ensure it directly impacts post-graduate employment outcomes. Will work in collaboration with Director to develop and implement training programs for the department's counseling staff; Oversee student/alumni satisfaction with our counseling services; Serve as the CSD's liaison with the various school departments and school leadership
