Adjunct Faculty (Pool)
The candidate will work in Management and Relational Development. Expectation of accessibility for student needs and ability to meet teaching expectations. Availability to meet with students before and/or after class, by appointment is required. Teach courses face-to-face and online. Invest in students. Participate in institution activities as appropriate. Should have Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Min., J.D., (preferred), M.A., MBA. Management/Leadership and relational development experience is needed. Adult teaching experience is required. Should have adult degree completion program to teach one or more of the following classes: Business and Professional Writing, Personal Leadership Development, Group and Organizational Behavior, Capstone Research/Stats, Principles of Leadership, Biblical Perspectives, Systems Management, Resource Management, Conflict and Change, Organizations and Environments. A commitment to excellent teaching at the undergraduate level in a Christian liberal arts context and possessing a potential for scholarship and service is essential for a successful candidate. Must have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to teaching adult students. Adjuncts are also expected to have knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students.
