Montcordia, a new private pay, concierge level senior services program within an established nonprofit agency, Service Coordination, Inc. (SCI) is looking for qualified Companion Care Partners with a passion to serve. We require care professionals who LOVE what they do and who are ready to *finally* be taken care of to the same degree that they care for others! · We’re offering an above-industry wage, including ALL travel (mileage time worked … from the drive to care for your first client of the day and all visits throughout the day); plus shift-differential.

About the Job
Montcordia is catered for those who are looking for a deeply vetted and highly trained companion care partner that will deliver truly person-centered care. We offer the best Companion Care Maryland has to offer. For us to deliver a concierge level of care, we require premiere care professionals.
Some of the core duties include helping clients maintain or regain as much independence as possible, assisting with scheduling and running errands, providing emotional support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
Services will be provided in Montgomery and Howard counties initially, with planned expansion across the DC metro area.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for companions able to support our clients with at least 2 years of experience working with older adults in a home care setting.
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable car to transport clients.
